Add affiliate partners to your Customer Portal

Create and manage partner cards that showcase affiliate offers in the Customer Portal — set the headline, logo, and CTA, control visibility, and track clicks.

Partners are branded cards that showcase trusted affiliate offers to your customers on the Customer Portal's Our partners page. When a customer clicks a card, they are forwarded to the partner's website — earning you referral revenue — and the click is counted.

Permissions required: Marketing → Partners — Read (to view), Create / Update / Delete (to manage).

Create a partner

  1. Go to Marketing → Partners and click New partner.

  2. Fill in the fields and upload a logo.

  3. Click Save.

Managing partners

Show or hide a partner

Use the Status toggle in the partners list to switch a partner between Active (visible to customers) and Inactive (hidden). Only active partners appear in the Customer Portal, so you can prepare a partner in advance and turn it on when you are ready.

Reorder partners

Drag a partner by the handle on the left of its row to change the order partners appear in the Customer Portal. New partners are added to the bottom of the list.

Track clicks

The Clicks column shows how many times customers have clicked a partner's call-to-action button, counted across the Customer Portal and the mobile app. The button opens the partner's link in a new browser tab, so customers keep their place in the portal.

Edit or delete a partner

Select Edit on any row to update a partner's details, or Delete to remove it. Deleting a partner removes it from the Customer Portal immediately.

Where partners appear

Active partners appear on the Our partners page in the Customer Portal as a grid of cards. Each card shows the partner's logo, headline, description, and call-to-action button, plus a Terms and conditions link if you add terms.

The Our partners menu link only shows when at least one partner is active, and the internal Name is never visible to customers.
