Message templates let you save reusable email content — subject line and body — so you can quickly apply them when composing messages instead of writing from scratch each time.

Template fields
Field | Description |
Template name | An internal name to identify the template. Visible only to your team. |
Category | Determines which variables are available in the template. Choose Booking for templates related to confirmed bookings, or Lead for templates related to leads. |

Variables
Templates support variables — dynamic placeholders that are automatically replaced with real data when the email is sent. See Using variables in messages and templates to learn how to insert them and which variables are available for each category.
Managing templates
All saved templates are listed in Administration → Communications → Message templates. The list shows the template name, category, and the date it was last updated.
Click the ··· menu next to any template to edit or delete it.
