How to duplicate a tour

See how tour duplication works and when it makes sense to use it.

Updated this week

Duplicating a tour creates a new copy using the same settings, content, and structure. Use it when setting up a similar tour or a new season.

Duplicate a tour

  1. Go to Tours

  2. Open the tour you want to duplicate

  3. Click the actions menu in the top right

  4. Select Duplicate

You'll be redirected to the new tour automatically.

What to review after duplication

The word COPY is added to the title and URL. After duplicating, review:

  • Title and URL — update both before publishing

  • Departure dates — dates are copied from the original; update them for the new season

  • Tour status — the duplicate gets the same status as the original

⚠️ Important

If the original tour is Live, the duplicate will also be Live immediately after creation and visible to travelers. Archive it if you're not ready to publish it yet.

If only dates or prices differ between seasons, consider adding a new departure date to the existing tour instead of duplicating it.
