Multi-currency is available on request. To enable it for your organization, contact your account manager.
Use the Currencies page to enable the extra currencies you want to charge travelers in — each with its own exchange rate and rounding.

Where to find currency settings
In the left sidebar, open Administration, then go to Billing & payments → Currencies.
The page has two parts: your Base currency (read-only) and Enabled currencies, where you add and manage additional currencies.
How to add an additional currency
Under Enabled currencies, click Add a new currency and choose a currency from the list. It appears as a new row in the table.
In the From [your base currency] column (e.g. From GBP), enter the exchange rate from your base currency. Use a dot (
.) as the decimal separator — not a comma — and enter up to 8 decimal places (e.g.0.87, not0,87).
In the Rounding precision column, choose how converted prices are rounded. The number you enter is the step prices snap up to (see How rounding precision works below), or leave it empty (No rounding) to charge the exact converted amount.
Switch the Enabled toggle on. The currency is now available for new bookings.
Supported currencies: USD, EUR, GBP, AED, AUD, CAD, CHF, CZK, DKK, HKD, HUF, MXN, NOK, NZD, PLN, SEK, TRY, SGD.
Example
Your base currency is GBP.
You add EUR at a rate of 1.20 in the From GBP column and set rounding to 0.50 in the Rounding precision column.
A £101 tour is converted to €121.20 (101 × 1.20), then rounded up to €121.50 — the amount EUR travelers see and pay.
How rounding precision works
The number you enter is the step prices round up to: a small value like 0.50 fine-tunes, a large value like 50 makes prices very round. It always rounds up — never down — and empty means the exact converted amount.
Here's how the €121.20 from the example would look with each setting:
Rounding precision | €121.20 becomes | What it means |
(empty) | €121.20 | Exact converted amount — no rounding |
| €121.50 | Up to the next half |
| €122.00 | Up to the next whole number |
| €125.00 | Up to the next multiple of 5 |
| €150.00 | Up to the next multiple of 50 |
| €200.00 | Up to the next multiple of 100 |
Disable or remove a currency
Disable (toggle off) stops travelers from being charged in that currency for new bookings.
You can't delete a currency — disabling preserves all existing payments and historical reporting.
⚠️ Important
Changing a currency's exchange rate affects only future bookings. Existing bookings keep the rate locked at their creation — they're never recalculated.
