Multi-currency is available on request. To enable it for your organization, contact your account manager.
When you accept more than one currency, your payment plan works in all of them without extra setup — deposits and installments are charged in the customer's currency at the locked rate. Set a custom per-currency deposit only if you want to charge a different amount.

Set a custom deposit in a different currency
Use this option if you would like to set up a specific deposit for each rate. If you leave it as is, the platform will automatically calculate the deposit in the enabled currency based on the settings you added.
Open the tour and go to Add plan.
Under the deposit, click Add rate.
Choose an enabled currency and enter your custom deposit.
Add a rate for each currency you want a fixed deposit in (remove one with the trash icon).
Click Save.
Installments convert automatically
Each installment is a percentage of the post-deposit balance. That balance is already in the booking's currency, so no per-currency setup is needed.
Example
Your base plan is set in GBP: a £100 deposit, with the rest split into percentage installments.
For a EUR booking, the deposit and installments are all charged in EUR at the locked rate — the installments split the remaining EUR balance automatically. If you add €130 as the EUR deposit, EUR bookings take exactly €130, and the rest is split into installments as usual.
I set a custom deposit for a currency — what if I change or remove it later?

Edits only affect new bookings made from that point on:
Change the amount → future bookings in that currency use the new figure.
Remove the row (trash icon) → future bookings in that currency go back to the auto-converted base deposit.
Bookings that have already been made are not affected — each booking locks in its deposit and exchange rate the moment it's created, so existing customers keep the amount and schedule they agreed to.
