Pricing and availability in Tourseta are managed per departure date.
This allows you to offer the same tour on different dates with different prices, capacity, and booking rules.
Configure rooms per departure
Open the tour, then go to Pricing & availability → Room pricing.
Here, you'll see all the departure dates you previously added.
For each departure date, set pricing and availability per room type.
Room – select a room type from the dropdown. The list includes room types previously defined in the Inventory section.
Price – the cost per person for this room type on the selected departure.
Limit – the number of rooms of this type available for this departure.
Example
Departure max group size: 10 travelers
Twin room
PAX per room: 2 travelers
Room limit: 5 rooms
Maximum travelers in twin rooms: 5 × 2 = 10
Single room
PAX per room: 1 traveler
Room limit: 10 rooms
Maximum travelers in single rooms: 10 × 1 = 10
⚠️ Important
Even if room limits allow up to 10 travelers per room type, the total number of travelers across all room types cannot exceed the departure max group size (10).
Configure extras per departure
Open Pricing & availability → Extras inside the tour.
You'll see all departure dates you previously added.
For each departure date, set pricing and availability per extra.
Extra – select an extra from the dropdown. The list includes extras previously defined in the Inventory section.
Price – the cost per traveler or per booking for this extra on the selected departure.
Limit – the total number of units of this extra available for the selected departure, shared across all bookings. Once the limit is reached, no further bookings can add this extra.
The extra's charge type (per traveler or per booking) is inherited from its inventory settings and cannot be changed here.
Copy settings (room types and extras)
To save time, you can copy room or extra settings from one departure date to other departure dates.
