How to track booking changes

Learn how to use the Audit logs tab to see a full history of changes made to a booking.

The Audit logs tab gives you a full history of everything that has happened to a booking — who did what, when, and from where.

Access requires the Read audit permission under Bookings, and audit logs must be enabled for your organization.

Permissions required: Bookings → Read audit

How to access it

Open any booking and click the Audit logs tab at the top of the page, next to Booking, Payments, and Documents.

If you don't see the Audit logs tab, either the feature is not enabled for your organization or your role doesn't include the Read audit permission. Contact your account manager or administrator.

What you'll see

Each entry shows:

  • Time — when the action happened

  • User — who performed it (a team member, traveler, or Tourseta system)

  • Source — where the action originated: backoffice, customer portal, booking flow, mobile app, or system

  • Event — a description of what changed

Click Show changes next to any event to see the exact before and after values.
