The Tours table displays all tours in your account and is used to organize and locate tours using filters and sorting.
Table columns
The Tours table includes the following columns:
ID – The unique identifier assigned to the tour.
Status – The current status of the tour.
Title – The given name of the tour.
Destination – The primary destination associated with the tour.
Tags – Tags assigned to the tour for organization and filtering.
Manager – The user assigned as the tour manager.
Created at – The date and time when the tour was created.
Actions (⋯) – Additional actions for the tour, such as editing the tour or copying the booking link.
Fields displayed in gray frames (Manager) are clickable and will open the corresponding record.
Create a tour
To create a new tour, click the New Tour button in the top-right corner of the Tours table.
Filter tours
Use the filters at the top of the table to narrow down the list of tours.
All filters support multiple selection. By default, the Status filter is set to Live — clear it to see tours in all statuses.
Status – Filter tours by their current status: Live (published and bookable), Draft (unpublished), or Archived (canceled tours no longer accepting bookings).
Manager – Filter tours by the assigned manager.
Tags – Filter tours by custom tags to quickly find tours with similar characteristics.
Sort tours
The Tours table supports sorting by a single column at a time.
Clicking a column header cycles through the following states:
Ascending order ↑ (A–Z for text, lowest to highest for numbers, oldest to newest for dates).
Descending order ↓
No sorting ↑↓ – clicking a third time resets to the default table order.
Search tours
Use the search field to find tours by ID, title, or destination.
If filters are applied, search is performed only within the filtered results.
