Creating a tour is the first step in setting up a bookable experience.
A tour is created in Draft status and can be configured before being published.
Creating a new tour
To create a new tour:
Go to the Tours section.
Click New tour in the top-right corner — you'll be taken directly to the tour setup page.
The tour is created in Draft status by default.
Tour creation overview
At a high level, creating a tour includes the following steps:
Create the tour and define basic details
Add tour content (itinerary, inclusions, FAQs)
Set up room types
Set up extras
Add departure dates
Configure pricing and availability per departure
Configure booking settings (payment plans, forms, e-signature documents, waitlist)
Publish the tour
Each step can be completed independently, and you can go back to update any section at any time.
What to complete before publishing
Before a tour can be published, the following must be completed:
Tour details — title, destination, start and end location, and description
Manager — automatically assigned to the tour; can be changed if needed
Photos — at least one tour image uploaded
Departure date — at least one departure date added
Room type — at least one room type configured
Pricing and availability — configured for at least one departure
The sidebar shows your progress as you build the tour — each section displays a checkmark when complete, a gray dot when empty, or an orange warning icon when a required section is missing. The Publish button is disabled until the minimum requirements above are met.
Tour sections

Publishing the tour
Once all required sections are completed, you can publish the tour from the tour page.
Publishing makes the tour visible and bookable for travelers.
You can archive the tour later without deleting any data.
