Bookings table overview

Learn how to use the Bookings table efficiently.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

The Bookings table gives you a centralized view of all bookings across your tours.

It helps you monitor booking progress, payment status, and traveler details in one place.

Table columns

Each row represents a single booking.

  • ID - Unique booking reference,

  • Status - Current booking state (for example: Confirmed, Completed).

  • Tour- The tour associated with the booking.

  • Departure - The selected departure date.

  • Customer - The person who made the booking.

  • Travelers - Number of travelers included in the booking.

  • Payment status - Visual progress bar showing how much has been paid compared to the total amount.

  • Manager - The team member responsible for managing the booking.

  • Created at - The date and time when the booking was created.

  • Actions (⋯) - Open the menu to Edit the booking.

Fields displayed in gray frames (Customer, Tour, Manager) are clickable.

Filter bookings

Use the filters at the top of the table to narrow down the list of bookings.

All filters support multiple selection. If no values are selected, the filter is not applied.

  • Status – filter bookings by their current status (Draft, Pending, Confirmed, Completed, Canceled).

  • Payment status – filter bookings by payment progress (Not paid, Partially paid, Paid).

  • Manager – filter bookings by the assigned manager.

Sort bookings

The Bookings table supports sorting by a single column at a time.

Clicking a column header cycles through the following states:

  • Ascending order ↑ (A–Z for text, lowest to highest for numbers, oldest to newest for dates).

  • Descending order ↓.

  • No sorting (default table order) ↑↓.

You can sort by columns such as Status, Tour, Departure, Customer, Travelers, Payment status, Manager, and Created at.

Search bookings

Use the search field to find bookings by ID, Tour, or Customer.

If filters are applied, the search is performed only within the filtered results.
